Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to provide exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced pet care environment. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and perform well under pressure. This role involves interacting with pet owners, handling inquiries, and addressing issues related to their pets while ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, or in-person. Provide information on our services and resolve general concerns.
• Manage and update pet owner records, including vaccination documentation and boarding/daycare details, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
• Assist in feeding dogs in daycare or boarding, following all guidelines for their care.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including cleaning floors nightly, ensuring the retail space is tidy, and displaying products attractively.
• Conduct facility tours for clients, showcasing our services and amenities.
• Promote and recommend products and services to clients to generate additional sales and enhance their experience.
• Handle customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, using your problem-solving skills to ensure resolutions are achieved.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Dog care experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and ability to make decisions under pressure.
