What You’ll Do as Dog Care Team Lead:

• Supervise and direct safe, positive play sessions
• Oversee staff and canine interactions
• Manage back-of-house operations
• Handle dogs safely and comfortably
• Identify play styles and behaviors, responding proactively
• Maintain strict cleanliness, health, and safety standards
• Train and implement corporate policies
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment
• Deliver an exceptional experience for dogs and their humans

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dog handling experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Flexible availability (including weekends & holidays)

Pay: $14–$17/hour (based on experience)
